Note: Idler Pulley is not provided. This is swapped over from your old stock tailcase and is designed to work perfectly with the stock pulley.
Note for X-400 users: This part will also work with the Ark X-400 with just a very slight more effort to fit the tail shaft and tail shaft pulley into the case. With just a tiny bit of rotational force the edges of the tail shaft gear will flex enough to fit into the case. Also you will need to loctite the idler pulley bearing in place inside the idler pulley.

7075 Aluminum vs 6061 Aluminum
Why we
use 7075 grade aluminum alloy instead of 6061 ?
Aluminum alloy 7075 is one of the highest strength aluminum alloys available.
It's strength to weight ratio is excellent, and it is ideally used for highly stressed parts such as aircraft components. Thus it
is known as a true "Aircraft Grade" aluminum.
